Air fryer Malva Pudding because we're leaving no one behind! This was a quick dessert so l microwaved the sauce and I added Amarula because I was out of vanilla essence 💀. You can microwave the pudding as well, you'll just sacrifice on the colour but the taste is exactly the same . I'll be posting on my Instagram story about how to do it so follow me there to check it out ✨ Just a few notes: - Don't got higher than 160°C, I tried it and it was brown outside but the centre wasn't as done as I wanted. - Even though you've gone lower on the heat, the cooking time will still be shorter so you'll just kind of have to start checking on it 10 minutes earlier than you would in the oven. It's safe to at this point because it won't flop on you. Resist the temptation to do so before. - the top will be a bit crunch but once you pour the sauce over it, it's back to spongey goodness - Enjoy it!
