Just to be clear: Full decriminalization only defines what is no longer punishable by law. It does not guarantee health protections, labor rights, oversight, or worker safety. Any system where those things do exist added them separately. That’s not decrim- it’s regulation. Let’s not confuse legal non-punishment with actual protection.
